Luxurious stay with exceptional facilities and services. the exclusive amenities in the room were impressive and met all our luxurious needs. the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and massage services were perfect to relax in after a long day of exploring. the staff excelled in providing top-notch services, making us feel pampered and special.

The only minor issue that we faced was related to the location. It was not easy to find nearby restaurants or cafes that were open late, which led to some inconvenience.

Located in an older area, BENE Italian restaurant offers a convenient base for exploring tourist spots. the rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of free amenities. the breakfast is delicious with a good variety of food available. the gym and indoor pool are well-equipped and maintained. the staff are friendly and helpful, offering free late check-out when needed.

The business center could use some improvements.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location is great, within walking distance to the train station and close to all the tourist spots. The staff is exceptional, always very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious, with a good variety of food to choose from. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a well-equipped gym and an indoor pool with a jacuzzi. The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the large and varied breakfast options offered at the buffet. The location of the hotel, close to key tourist attractions, was also a positive aspect for me. I enjoyed the spacious and quiet room that made it easy for me to rest after a long day of sightseeing.

During my stay, some of the facilities were not up to standard. The gym's wet area was not well-maintained, with some tiles missing and two jacuzzi tubs out of order.

Room was spacious with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. the hotel is located near the train station and it was easy to get around the city using public transportation. the concierge and staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's breakfast area was overcrowded and disorganized. the cleanliness of the suite fell short of expectations.
